I've had 7.1 SP:WaW installed since it came out and i've done a ton of stuff to my OOBs and i've noticed that it has backfired and alot of it is scrwed up now

Where can i download the 7.1 OOBs? Or do i have to reinstall it?

Here you go extract them in the MatrixGames\Steel Panthers World At War folder, allowing these to overwrite existing files.
