Has anyone come up with a battleset for WWII IJN ships, planes, subs and bases? Also looking for the same for the US and Commonwealth.

I haven't put together a battleset (a collection of scenarios and maps for them) just yet, but the HCE World Wars database (HCWW) is in full swing.

A comprehensive list of platforms, including a LOT of Imperial Japanese Navy ships, submarines and aircraft added recently, can be found here at HarpGamer.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. Knew some grognard out there was bound to do something like this sooner or later. I am still just learning the game.

Hi,
If you follow Brad's link to harpgamer and go to the westpac scenarios I recently uploaded a small conflict for use with Brad's HCWW database. If you try it hope it's fun. There are some limitations at the moment so if things go a bit ,well. funny, please persist (and keep an eye open for improvements)
You'll need to read up on swapping databases (and archiving the standard), basically archive the original database file before overwriting the HCWW file.
