I have noticed that it is possible to get pilots on CVs at sea. Actually, I was able to put pilots on KB's CVs located 5 hexes near PH - Quite sure it was not possible IRL

Hmm, maybe they just crammed a few extra guys into the cockpit and dropped them off

Those are dehydrated pilots....just add sake and they expand to full size and rejuvenate. Easy to store in the air wing closet until needed.

Well maybe it's only half-pilot since their experience average 35

maybe an earlier version of kamikaze? only need to start from the deck. no need to learn landing techniques.
