Battle #1, Core Summary

This is what my core looked like at the end of the first battle.

This is the only time I'm going to post my core like this. From now on, I'll be posting my core through the Mr. Fix campaign utility.

(core page 1)

Nice AAR! Keep up the good work!

As a newb to SPWaW, what's the Mr. Fix campaign utility? What does it do?

Noypi53,

Go to the main Steel Panthers Page and the Mr. Fix campaign utility is stickied there.

Riun T,

I have to go back to the hospital again. Just a minor procedure this time so I should be back with this campaign in a few days. Ammo crates work just like ammo trucks except that the crates must be transported and unloaded to work.

Well, vahauser, you have certainly demonstrated the concept that foot infantry crossing open ground against even light artillery is not a good idea. As long as you have ammunition for your mortars, the Japanese cannot advance.

Against this sort of defense, the Japanese should use (heavy) armor, which they don't have, tactical airpower, or heavy artillery. The Japanese should have air superiority at this point in time, which should allow them to spot your mortars from the air, but I don't know what they have to actually wipe out those mortars.

Anyway, good luck with the hospital thing, and may you return quickly to provide us with more of these AARs and discussions.
