Status: offline 		Just recieved my copy and while manual and CD are in good condition, the box itself is broken. That's sad, because I purchased the physical version in order to shelve it.

Was no wise decision to put the heavy book on an almost empty box and don't add any packaging material, to prevent it from being crunched during transport.

At first, excuse me for my poor english, it is not my native laguague.
I´m writing this message to you because I am seriourly worried with my order status. Several spanish friends have received emails with changes in their order status (backordered to shipped) when they have been order the game one day after me, and other have receive the physical copy already.
I order the Admiral Edition game July 27th (the first day if I am not confused), probably I must have more patience with it, like you tell us in several thread in the forums. If you think that could be a problem I can send whatever you tell me my order number, special promo code or serial.
Excuse me if my worries are unneccesary with your warehouse working hard this days.

Yesterday I checked on mine using my email and area code. Nothing found. Then I used the order number and last five digits of the credit card and it found it. Did you use a different method of finding it today than yesterday?

Status: offline 		Still backordered. I did get a reminder that my card will be charged or has been charged.

Ordered Monday, the day of the release.

USA. This all seems so hit-and-miss.

Looks like I'm looking at the game arriving next week.

I did order the downloadable version also, but I want a hard-copy of the manual.

This findmyorder thing sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Edit: email notification came in.

Especially for delaying the game a whole week, it better be the best printed in china sticker ever concieved.

Status: offline 		I've heard from a number of you today regarding your order status. I want you to know that you are not being ignored. I have a whole set of inquiries into the warehouse but have not yet heard back. I am pinging them regularly, I expect I'll get a bunch of answers at the end of the day.

We do expect that any of the first wave of back-orders that were not fulfilled yesterday would be fulfilled today. I think the main cause for concern would be if by tomorrow morning your order status still showed back ordered. So if you ordered on July 27th, it should ship out by today.
