Does anyone know why the tracking number on the Matrix web site is not a valid UPS tracking number?

mine works fine. Did you click the number or try to type it into ups website?

I've discovered that you must click the tracking number.� For some reason going to the ups website and entering doesn't work.

sorry it does work not sure why yours doesn't show up...
