Status: offline 		I've seen some bits of information about what the patch for ToW will include and I was just wondering if it would be possible to provide a more extended list of changes we can expect to see? The game is really great and I'm really excited about what I've heard about the patch. I know it may be a little too much to ask but the anticipation is killing me (and I doubt I'm alone in that sense! )

Status: offline 		I've alluded to this before, but I would really like to see a "v1" patch that essentially does nothing but squash bugs (events, map/hex bugs, etc.).  THEN a "v2" with all the feature changes (aircraft, etc.).  There are things about this game I'm not crazy about (naval aspects in particular), but by and large I enjoy the basic game.  What concerns me is getting a patch that not only fixes the current game but adds so many gameplay changes that I no longer enjoy it.  Then I'm in an "all or nothing" situation-- either live with the vanilla game (and its issues) or a patch that fixes the "bugs" but also changes the game in significant ways.  Frankly, in either case this game probably goes on my shelf.  Please fix "vanilla" first!Just my 2 cents.

I would classify a third type of patch that deals with User Interface improvements.

I agree with your direction, and I would add patching the UI as a high priority after your v1, but before v2.

We are not going to make any revolutions, fixes, UI improvements and small evolution of air combat

Anyway the beta that you mention - will it be a public beta using members area, or do you mean something internal?

Status: offline 		We cooperate with  a couple of dedicated players recruited several months ago among  the forum members and those who survived till today has a privilege... first to fight with the patch ;)

  Anyway have any dev said that the patch would allow planes to attack subs? I remember some people considered it as a desirable feature.

It is a very desirable feature... so will the patch allow it? Cause "would" is kinda hazy... ;)

No, I meant by surface fleet. It seems (although I know, this may be considered subjective) way too high now...
