Voici le récit d'une PBEM contre Amaris sur le scénario Operation Barbarossa v1407.
C'est entièrement en français, désolé pour ceux qui ne parlent pas cette langue.

Nice OoB

very good clear overview of what you have in the field.
Would like to see the same pic in a few weeks time when the winter hits your German Army.

I bet a lot of your units do not exist by then.

But I wish you luck in the field.

How would you say: "Bon Chance"

Keep it up. Do you try to build up more strength with the Finns or do you want to keep them in reserve for now? (Producing PP and a bit of Supply)

more strength.

A question about a description scenario.
quote:

The finnish army is seperated from the soviet Army by a 2 hex DMZ as to better simulate the finnish activities in the war. Unprepared at the onset, the Germans can call them into action by a card. (Costs are influenced by the VPs occupied.)
If I understand :
65 VPs = 500 PP
70 VPs = 400 PP ????
...

Of the top of my head I think it is:

1000 - 20 x VPs of the germans. So 25 VP at the start means it costs 500 PP to call the Finnish into the war. 35 PPs mean 300 Cost and so on.

Which means as soon as you reach 50 VPs as Germany, the Finns can come in for free.

If you got 65 VPs at the start of the scenario I am fairly sure you play the Soviet Union.

Some nasty losses against the flak there. Whom are you playing against? Someone from the forum?

Nothing unusual if not for the strong defence of Minsk (a risky move by the SU in my opinion as the terrain is not too good for a decent line. And a strong move against Gomel which it seems is countered by the Guards stationed there.

What should be a real worry is the river crossing east of Riga which came at a high cost, and surrounded by 4 sides will be hard to hold. Keep it up!

This isn't an AAR. This is art!

Great work Balder!  I don't even speak French and I'm already finding myself wanting to play this scenario.

Thank you.

@TheArchiduke
For the "Other problem". It's normal.
The unit is out of range of the OKW.
