Looks like you got some fairly good Infantry, and arty. If you can buy some of those motorcycles with the 3 mgs get several. Use your mortars and arty to suppress move in quick with you Bicycle Infanrty and motorcycles. your Heavy infantry and AT sould be able to handle his Tanks.

If you can get behind him with the motorcycles find any onboard arty he has and harras and disrupt.

I'd think your biggest problem would be a highly mobile, armored force. But you should be able to pin him down with Artillery directed by lots of Scouts riding those neat little Pantserwagen Armored cars. Jagers look like they could cause some trouble by infiltrating into his rear area.

Heavy Infantry supported by Cavalry and Motorcycles would provide a nice frontline force to exploit and capture objectives.

If you can draw his armor into your infantry, it looks like they could easily handle a Belgian armored force. Especially in close terrain and short visibility (provided by artillery smoke).

I think effective artillery would be key to success here. If you can retain your mobility while denying him his, you have a good chance of succeeding. Good luck. Let us know how it works out. :D

One of the things I do is set up a game agains the computer then buy All of one kind of force. Do an auto set up then start my first turn. All I do then is go in and look at the forces I bought. Look at armor penatration, what type of ammo they get, how far there weapons reach, how much movement they get, how many shots they get and the like. Also I look up experience and moral. Then I make a list of units that are the best for each area. I try to get a combined balanced force.
I will then do the same for my opponent to see what I will be facing and how deadly it is.
Preparation time is about two hours.
Hope this helps

Gary, that's good advice. I wish I had done that in a PBEM game I'm in right now. It does not pay to assume a certain weapon in a class is much like any other. I've had to change my whole strategy because I made an assumption about the primary weapon of one of my units that I knew nothing about. I thought to myself, "It costs more than x, it must be better." These could be my famous last words...
