Yes I'm aware that most fail to read it, but I do :)

On Aircraft section on page 28 it reads as this....

The fields listed under Num indicate the total number of these types of weapons aboard the Ship
Class.
The fields under Facing indicate the direction in which the weapon system can fire.
F – Front
S – Side
R – Rear
TT –Top Turret
TR – Top Rear
BR – Bottom Rear
UP – Upward
INT – Internal
XT – External

Filter .

28 (being the page number)

3.5 AIR GROUPS (on the next page)

So my question is what does the 'filter' do exactly?

Edit. it lays beside the ammo lists, I am hoping it has something to do with weapon accuracy, but all the firelds are 00 (zero zero)

I don't know, the air team will have to answer.

I suspect the air team have flown away, or are rare entities on these forums.

On another note, I am loving the AI scripting, very interesting.
Cannot seem to find a way for the AI to split a Division into three regt sized units so where I wanted to do this I had to physically break it down in locations first, only trouble with this is that there does not appear to be very many free spaces remaining unless I can now add Jap troops to the allied empty slots above location 5000? I may try it and see what happens.

I placed a few units in slots 7680 through 7688, based in tokyo, they appear there but do not appear to have an icon on the lists at the bottom of the screen. I'll see how it performs in game, if they move proper, and if I can get the AI to deploy them. Let you know soon as..

Just so you know that will not work.

Correct, The AI refuses to move/find them. Shame.
