At the start of the game there is a Japanese HQ for the RGC Army in China. I done some searching and haven't found any information on this Army. Can anyone out there enlighten me?

Historically the Japs set up a collaborationist Chinese puppet government so I assume based on the quality (or lack thereof) of the RGC troops that RGC refers to that puppet government.

EDIT: It actually stands for the "Reorganized Government of China"
