Beta issue Ship Repair Priority problem

When I use the manage ship repair screen and try to set a ship to "critical" to speed up repairs, it shows it will take longer than if I had only set the priority to "high". Example, USS Yorktown is in Sydney and I change the repair priority to high and it shows 27 days to complete repairs. I figure critical is better than high so I set the priority to critical and it show 52 days to repair...

I see this behavior at all my ports.

I have also seen that in almost every instance. Now and then Critical does appear to repair faster, but normally it makes it worse. High usually works the best for whatever reason.
