I have what seems to be a repeatable bug. If you build a TF and select "suppress ships not due upgrade" when you go to build another TF if there are no ships due upgrades the screen is blank with no buttons to change the suppress setting. You must either build a TF with ships due upgrades to reset the switch or exit the game for the section screen to work properly. It also shows up if you build one TF with upgrades in it and make another TF that none of the first TF ships can enter. I made a TF with AK due upgrade to send to get upgraded then tried to make a Surface Combat TF with no combatants due upgrades and the Surface Combat window comes up blank. You can turn off the switch before you finish the TF but if you finish the TF with the suppress switch it blanks ship selection.
