well i need a bit of exact help with Jap industry, tried to find data but failed, and i am not able to make a long term decision with limited knowledge of the game.

Let say i have all the oil and ressources Japan had when it was strongest. I am using fuel and supplies in reasonable amounts, basically conserving it.

per month in 1942 i need:
200 A6M2 Zero
250 Ki-44-IIb Tojo
100 Ki-21 Sally
100 Ki-45 KAIa Nick (or other dedicated fortress killer)
80 G4M1 Betty
80 Val
80 B5N Kate
40 G3M Nell
30 planes of other different types

Thats 920 frames and about 1500 engines (to be on safe side and make a lil pool for 'rainy days').

Now is that kind of a production possible without expanding heavy industry?
If i have to expand heavy industry by how much do i need to do it, and is that kind of production possible without hampering a Jap in a long run (avilable ressources, oil, and transport capacity)?
Is it possible to produce 2X that in 1944, and will a conquest of India be enough to do it?

If path/road/railroad exists is it possible to load India Oil/Fuel in Chinese port to a boat and transfer it to feed industry in Japan?

thx a lot for help...

I don't think India conquests are part of the equation anymore...

if the devs have done a good job (and I guess they did when it comes down to Japanese industry) then you should surely be able to produce that with the historical conquests as Japan nearly produced 30.000 aircraft of all types in 1944 and this would be around twice of what you build (or want to build) now.

At the start of the war, the Japanese produce 9600 HI per day. Here's what it would cost to produce the aircraft you want:

Are you including the engines in with this, or just the cost of the frames?

The cost is engines and frames.  Total cost is 36 HI per single engine plane (18 HI for the engine and 18 HI for the airframe). It's 72 for 2E planes (36 HI for the engines and 36 HI for the airframe).
