Version 1.0.1.1084
The Whatsnew.pdf states on page 15 "3. Truk now has a size 4 Repair Shipyard."

There seems to be no Truk Repair Shipyard in Scenario 1 + 2 or is it just me?

I believe this was removed, but we forgot to update the readme to reflect it. The issue was that the shipyard, once in, could then be expanded so it was better to leave it out all things considered (at least until we find a way to stop it from expanding).
