Was wondering if anyone knews of a site that has a picture of Ouistreham and the area around it. Any information you can provide would be a big hilp in doing the map for this area right

I don't have a picture, but a sketch map of the south side of Oistreham showing some terrain features & the locations of some German units & where the Canadian Parachute Battalion was on June 6, '44. Map covers from Oistreham to Dives-sur-Mer & south to Troarn, about 4"x7" from Official History of the Canadian Army in the Second World War Vol 3 Page 118. I could scan & email if you wish. It should be in your inbox now guys, sorry about the size. I scanned it at 1200 dpi so the fine text & detail is readable & you could blow it up for printing (I've heard about your tired ol' eyes, WB). I Tried a few dirrerent file formats & compession rates, but a BW image just doesn't want to squish. So I opted for quality of image.
