When I check on my pilots I often notice that their experience level is a sort of orange (salmon?). in the past green meant they had made progress, but this other color is something I don't recall seeing. Does anyone know what it means?

71. Interface Improvement: The air skill changes for pilots are shown in GREEN for the
last played turn, and ORANGE for monthly changes.
