Only in Modded counters apparently- A couple bugs- With some of the Counter options- there are ships on land instead of Aircraft.

In the Naval screen there is no picture of the subs, ships, etc.

I've found the same but only when I'm using modded counters rather than the official ones so I'm assuming that the mods now don't comply with the patched game

Yes, modded skins must be updated, modders have needed info, if something is unclear they can ask. I hope this is the only time when mods needs to be updated to work with patch :)

I will investigate this, I'm sure that I've updated all skins...

My laptop has a resolution of 1366x768 and worked wonderful before the 1.60 patch. Now the counters are horrible. I can't find a set that looks good zoomed out and in. Some of them have the names spread out across several hexes. I'm thinking about going back to the last hotfix and omitting 1.60. I'm bummed...

OMG... i see the problem! This patch is somehow different from the one uploaded to server. Skins files are mixed (old ones and new ones).
I will try do make some kind of hotfix for this. Give me few minutes.

Thanks for responding to this quickly...I was also about to roll back from the 1.60 patch.

Hey, I've made so many mistakes today, I would be the last to throw mud. We are just glad you found it and fixed it the same night! That's pretty darn good service.

Looks good .

One question though. Can I mod a file to show the unit info instead of the country flag as I scroll out? Pre-patched game allowed me to see units longer as I scrolled out.

I'm with you on this. I like to play with it zoomed out more (just where the flags kick in) to get a better perspective for my moves, but the flags block good information.

Go to data/gfx/[UnitsSkin]<skin you are using>/ directory. Open appearance.csv in some simple text editor like notepad or Notepad++, at line 32 is something like this:
70;Zoom level;;;;;;;;;;;;

Description for this line in pack I prepared for modders says:
quote:

When map zoom is lower or equal to this value (max zoom in game is 140%, min zoom depends on map size) and greater than next composition zoom level then this composition is used.

So this #2 composition (with flag) is used when unit size is <= 70%. Simply change this value (70) to one you want, let's say 40, save file and reload units skin in game (you don't have to restart the game, just change skin to any other, click ok, go back to options and select the one you want).

Thank you sir...I'm using Mix 2 and changed value to 40. Worked perfectly for me.
