Transports in island ports can leave port, transfer troops, and return to port. It is in the manual somewhere. I asked the same question a while ago... Oops. I see that Nemezzi has already answered...

You don't have to use the "Nemezzi" ; you may call me Szili. Thanks for clarification of the "Malta trick".

Soviet
Looks like Germany will launch Barbarossa next turn. And Stalin estimated that Leningrad will fall in First Turn.

China

Allied
A little surprised that US join the war earlier than Russia.
India is going to Fall,Allied reinforce Sumatra as Japanese not take it in First Turn.
Two British aircraft carriers Arrive in Mediterranean Theater.
The Germany Bomber in Tobruk cause too many casualties,The Plan of destroy Italian Fleet had been abandoned. But Allied did liberate the Greek, this action may give Soviet one more turn to prepare.
But RN control the Mediterranean right now, trying to cut off the supply line and destroy all Axis troops in Africa (Panzer*3 Inf*7 Art*3, 13 unit in total)

Spring 1942

Germany:

Watching the situation in Africa, Syria, then the worst: Greece; Ze Fuehrer ordered on December 26th, 1941, to build transport ships for the upcoming Invasion of England.

Unternehmen Seelowe commences: Doenitz orders the Kriegsmarine to bombard the shore of Scotland, while the Brandenburgers successfully lead the charge on the beach. Hauptquartier set up in Edinburgh, while Panzers and Artillery arrived in Scotland. Hope Chrichill won't mind, if we'll pay him a visit in London.

Barbarossa is still postponed, however; the BEF in Greece achieved its objective...

Regia Nautica causes some damage in the Central Mediterranean for the Royal Navy; losses favor the Axis.

Supply route to Greece was attakced by Italian TAC and Submarine; Submarine damaged, while 2 trannies out.

Cairo was attacked, 2 militia down. If they don't move troops to counter us, next turn Cairo will fall.

Japan:

Again, nice words get to the Emperor's ear: Eastern India was occupied; next turn, Bombay.

Some more advances in the Pacific, Northern Australia was invaded. The Aussies will surrender, I hope...

Turn sent to Eric.

I guess NO MORE Barbarossa,Germany can't launch it within 1942,And if it happened in 1943,it will be a total difference~
As you can see,18 units are abandoned at Scotland and North Africa.(4 Panzer 12 Inf and 2 Art~)
China

Allied
11 America Unit and send to England,so England won'
Not only British didn't prepare for landing, but also Italy.
Only 2 militia and 1 AA in North Italy, and brave British troops from Greek win a 15% chance gamble.
Two small landing happened in Sicily and Tripoli as well,as 3 of 4 region was taken,Italy Surrender
But in the Pacific Theater,India and Australia are going to fall. The India Army move to W.India.

Summer 1942

Germany:

Ze Fuehrer is a bit upset; however, all will be recovered.

Barbarossa will begin surely. It has to.

Kriegsmarine avoided total destruction, and falls back in Kiel.

Vichy France joins the Third Reich.

Northern Italy will be retaken next turn.

Japan:

Indians didn't enjoyed the British rule, so they had a little civil war.
Turned neutral, but they did welcome the entering Japanese troops in Bombay.

Advances in Australia. Furthermore, the Bismarck Arch. is taken.

Turn sent to Eric.

Soviet
Red army is ready,if Barbarossa start next turn as what Ze Fyehrer said, the only two regions that soviet will lost is Eastern Poland and Baltic States,If Germany want to take Kiev, They should ready for the Soviet count-attack(35 units in total).

China

Allied
Europe
God is fair.Allied failed to take over South France with a 85% chance.
So Allied must reinforce the Northern Italy. The liberation of Scotland is delayed.
Asia
Send troops from Middle East to India to hold the last Allied region in India and may be strike back if Japan didn't send more unit into India.
Austina is going to fall for sure, they will surrender to Japanese next turn, perhaps.

Fall 1942

Germany:

Barbarossa initiated. Little losses, while the Baltic States, Eastern Poland and Kiev are taken. More units moved to the frontline.
My largest mistake in the game was, when I moved troops, which weren't resupplied (North Africa, Scotland...).

Japan:

Japan is in a better situation. Sydney taken; hope to reach at least the first watermark . Next stop Melbourne.

Supplies delivered in India.

Soviet
Europe
>.<Is this a Barbarossa?really?
Soviet start their counter-attack in first season.and hold all their territory at end of the turn.Red Army will take Romania or East Poland next turn.
Asia
Only four militia in the Far East.May be Japan want to enter Russia too, quite a few units in the Manchuria, if they want, just take it.

China
Army advance into Chung King.

Allied
Europe
Landing in Belgium and to force Germany withdraw from France.the liberation of Scotland is delayed, again.
Asia
If Japan have enough supply in India,They will take whole India.
A landing in Thailand. It will cost Japan 10 supplies to repair the resource.
Send 2 unit into Melbourne,Hope them can hold Melbourne one more turn.

Winter 1943

Germany:

Certainly, Germany will fall until 1944. Romania fortified, and more units are coming from the Reich. Maybe we can hold on.

Japan:

Japan assaults Western India; losses are fairly even. Australian Outback taken, next turn I shall get my hand on Melbourne.

Air range to New Zealand; First Watermark is in range! Let me have it!

Vladivostok taken, so we can take some pressure off Germany.

Turn sent to Eric.

OK. Eric, you may accept my surrender. Not only I had bad moves in the game, but also I had personal problems... forgive me, I'm still a bad player... I can play only against an AI.

So good luck, and thank you for playing.

Szzili -- I would not despair! I think most people have had a good drubbing in their first few PBEMS. There are of nuances in the game that one generally only learns the hard way...

Even then, I have probably lost as much as I have won (if not more). If you wish to feel better, I am pretty sure that you can find some pretty convincing losses if you look in the AARS -- I think I have lost all my games. So, I hope that you don't give up on PBEM.....

It was an interesting (and lightning fast) AAR guys. Kudos....
