i just started a couple different pbem games and the first thing i had trouble with is the computer auto names the files, so if you have different games going on and your on the same turn it will over write the file when you save it.

Yes, you are right it is a bit hard to play different PBEM games in parallel at the moment.

We want to change this in the future - so you could give each PBEM game an own name.
