Working from home today as my daughter Olivia has the crud that is going around. Up quite a bit last night with a fever and a bad cough! Home today to give the wife a break if I can.

I've never thought of ice cream as a fashion accessory.

It's always fun bating nazi-fanbois with their "our weapons are so cool and they were so advanced and all you allies were prats but I don't really support nazis" mantra

How's Dixie? How's Mrs Dixie?

Fine. Getting bigger, including the, er, chest region

Has she put up the "No Access For Anybody Over The Age of 20" sign yet?

20!?!?

Should it be 3?

Apologies to the Thread for not posting much recently. I only have time this morning because Freddie is at nursery and the Mk1 is asleep after nights...

Good to see you, Carl. Families tend to make us scarce from time to time.

Hi Mike

Has your good lady changed cars recently? There must be some real bargains to be had in these times... Are you tempted to trade in the Jag for an Aston Martin or one of the new Mclarens?

No new cars in the last 7 months.

Her dream car is actually the Aston Martin Vantage. She saw a beautiful dark blue convertible at a dealer and it was the first car that ever actually stopped her in her tracks!

She has good taste. Look who she married.

I think she settled for "easy" so that she would have more time to think about cars..

I use Firefox and Thunderbird for years... never use MS Internet Explorer nor MS Outlook...

P.S.
I used MS IE for Matrix forums only up until 2 or so years ago and Firefox for anything else...

I reloaded my lappy this past weekend. When I started to try IE8, it kept hanging and shutting down. Enough of that! I'm now using FF 3.5.3 exclusively, and so far I've not found anything that doesn't work with it.

I've never used Thunderbird, but should take a look at it. I did install Office with the full version of Outlook, so I could start using the calendar features with alarm notices. Always used Outlook Express in the past.

I really enjoy casinos, but I'm not a big spender when I go. Typically spend my time at the $2 blackjack tables. I'd like to play some Texas Hold 'em poker, but I can save a lot of time and just toss my money onto the table for the other players to split. I just don't play enough to be any good outside my occasional group from work.

December 11th, no idea what we're having. TBH I'm not interested in finding out until it shows up.

I was always sad once the " No Fly Zone " was initiated during the pregnancy term. Then there was the long , long wait until " flying " was allowed again. I hated that part.

Ditto that! Anyone fancy playing a PBEM as the Axis?

I've already got new (and better) RAF sides done for the BoB part. And a chunk of the Allies and Axis for BTR as well/.

I'll have to get around to buying the thing first. Will probably be a few weeks.

But, a BoB PBEM with me as the Luftwaffe will definitely have my interest.
