I play Guadalcanal scenarius.
I won the Isle of Lunga, where I arranged marine base.
Anchorage protected with USN PT vessels.

The problem is that occasionally attack JPN on Lunga anchorage with light units, but my PT wessels unable to defend the port.
Bother me in particular, that PT ships do not use their torpedoes and are therefore always overcome.
What should I do to use PT ships torpedoes?

Check on the naval skill and aggressiveness of the tf leader. Some of the pt commanders are pretty poor.

Also, PT boats have been reduced in aggressiveness, especially against warships. Unless visibility is very bad they usually will try to disengage from any warships they spot.
