Hi,
dunno if this has been mentioned allready. Theres a bug in the Create TF menu.
If you want to create a TF consisting of ships due upgrade you can click on "Suppress Ships Not Due Upgrade" and it will filter ships due upgrade, you create tf and send them of to a port with shipyard so they can upgrade.
But then if you try to create another TF no ships show on list and buttons to toggle "Suppress Ships Not Due Upgrade" and "Suppress Ships Due Upgrade" are not available.
So if you have no ships in port that are due upgrade you wont have this two buttons and you wont have any ships on list because you clicked on "Suppress Ships Not Due Upgrade" while creating TF that were due upgrade.
I suck at explaining, I hope you understand what I mean.

Its not tied to any save game, you need to reproduce it yourself.

In a port where there are ships due upgrade click on "Suppress Ships Not Due Upgrade" it will remove all ships that are not due upgrade, then you create tf and send it away.

Now click on a port where you dont have any ships due upgrade, click on create tf and you wont have any ships on the list nor will you have those two buttons "Suppress Ships Not Due Upgrade" & "Suppress Ships Due Upgrade" to toggle the list.

So it remembers when you clicked on "Suppress Ships Not Due Upgrade" and you cant toggle it back unless you have at least 1 ship due upgrade in a port.

If you can't reproduce it in a savegame, then it's not a bug.

You can reproduce it at will without downloading a save game.

Wrong.
Setting on one PC is different from setting on another PC.
So things I see you might not unless you try to reproduce them as we described.
