I'm playing the 1941 BOB campaign as the British against the Germans and I'm noticing that when I go to the 'Move AA' option, it costs 20 movement points to place a 2lber pom pom AA unit that has a range of 4000. The next most expensive piece of AA (40mm Pom Pom) unit has a range of 5000 and costs 3 movement points. Is 20 a typo?

Also, in my game as Germany vs the Brits in 1940, I've run in to 2 x Josef Burschgens and a Hans Trubenbach and a Hanns Trubenbach. I can't remember offhand what units they were in but is that historically accurate or a data issue?

One of the Burschgens clones got himself offed on the first day of flying... There can be only one, apparently.

Thanks

there are going to be doubles, wait until you get into BTR, we got triples (and in those cases, I know they are different people)

plus it gets HARDer with the Mullers and Smiths, or how the English didn't like to use there first names, so used there middle names instead, or went by a nickname, that looks like a normal name

then there is someone like Byron L. Duckenfield, who went most of the war, known as Ron (had a HARD time tracking him down, thanks to Chris Gross, I was able to)

for the 2pounder, what I remember, it was a simi rare weapon, and it shouldn't be moved around much, so it was made to be costly to move, but we didn't want to say, you can't move, only it is going to cost you to do so

The low level 110/109 bombing raids are killing my airfields and I've been hoping to at least make them costly by placing flak everywhere (Jerry lost 12 109 Fighter/bombers in one raid on a well flak'ed base). I guess I'll be using up all the other AA guns first in that case; 100 movement points really do run out quickly!

Thanks for the info.

no matter I have some hard time dealing with the topic named in other thread, it's amazing to realize how much attention to detail does this game imply . Simply Amazing...and I love it!
