I'm new to PBEM and I'm having a problem. Its 8 Dec I was able to view the combat turn for 7 Dec no problem.
I recieved the Japanese 8 Dec turn dis the save etcetera.
Now when I try and load it after I type in my password I get bounced back to the "MAIN MENU SCREEN"

Any suggestions would be welsome

You HAVE put the new savegame file into your SAVE folder, right?

The switches are all set correctly (you've selected "Play-by-Email")? Your opponent has executed his turn before sending it?

Doesn't that happen if you put in the wrong password?

Part of the reason behind asking whether his opponent had executed the turn before sending.

Terminus I will phone my the Japanese player and ask if he executed his turn; from discusions with him last night that could be the problem.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Cheers

Hope that solves it. It's one of the more common mistakes for new PBEM'ers.
