Status: offline 		Hey folks.

When running the game on my laptop, I have a problem with the pointer in the game. In fullscreen mode, the mouse lags horribly. When I switch to windowed mode, the response is better but I often get a "double" pointer.

Any help?

Status: offline 		Playing on a desktop with windows XP in full screen mode.

When the Cursor lagg hits the game, usually when making a long scroll across the map to a nigh density of units, or when coming out of the Fleet screen to map mode, i do the following.

Ctrl-Alt-Delete to bring up Windows task manager.
Click Performance tab and watch the memory bleed off CPU usage.
Close Task manager.
Return to game.

Repeat as needed.

Status: offline 		In windowed mode, go to Preferences and check the hide mouse pointer box to get rid of the double pointer.
