hunting season does seem to cut into my witp time though.

oh also ran 20 miles 2 weekends ago at a 9:30 pace.

Training for a marathon? Thats a good time. I am slightly slower than that at this time. Finished Baltimore marathon in 4:24 on Oct 10th. Raleigh on November 1st is my next attempt.

ehh i will be happy with a 9:45 to 10:00 pace over 26 miles. but we shall see.

Are you training for a specific event? Just curious as I am always looking for good locations to run a marathon.

the dallas white rock marathon. i have run the half the last 2 years. this will be my first full

Excellent! Looks like a nice course for a full. It will be interesting to see if the Full bug bites you! I did my first marathon last November and will be doing my 7th here in Raleigh on Nov 2nd. My goal is 10 by my 40th birthday next July.

Good luck!

i imagine it will seeing as i have done 5 halfs in the last 2 years.

Raining too hard to see atm. No obvious disaster signs yet (no rats fleeing or Kraken sightings).

Guten Abend, Odin. Long time no see.

In other news, I just lost 172 B-17s in one day at BtR. That's a bad performance, even for me.

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean "one day". It was "one raid"... 330+ Forts went out, and 172 didn't come back.

If it wasn't such a hassle to restart, I'd fire myself.

wolfpack what times are you running?

My most recent was 4 hours 24 min in Baltimore but I went out way to easy. If you finish a marathon and feel like you can run 5 more miles and have zero leg/feet pain the next day you could have run it faster!

So I am hoping for 4:15 in Raleigh but that might not happen as it is a more challenging course.

Work was a real "female dog" today, and tonight as well, but there's a CHS turn in my inbox.    Time for a quick replay before bed.
