Just to get the forum moving: Just started up a new PBEM after a long dry spell, and jeebus christ almighty is this game good. And it is even better with the awesome mods. (Currently playing Jesse�s Deluxe 1.03)

After an almost 20-year "career" in computer gaming, I just want to gush a bit over the goodness of this game. The scope, depth and sheer fun is just unmatched. Yes, by any other game. No, really.

In short: If you are reading this, and you are still on the fence - give it a shot. In PBEM - that�s where the real game is. And it is easy to boot!. If you can send attachments at the office, you can play PBEM.
