Hi all, quote:
ORIGINAL: Dixie Bad times tithe Our oldest BC is at the vets, she was vommiting yesterday and hasn't eaten today. Then this evening in a 15 minute period she became unsteady and fell over. When we got her to the vets she wasn't moving and her eyes were glazing over, the poor girl had a temperature of 45C+ She's had more than two bags of IV fluid put into her, and either p***ed or s**t most of it out again. Her temp was brought back down to 37 and she's a bit more responsive, but still just 50/50 chance at the moment they think. The high temp could have caused problems as well, she was so dehydrated her blood was described as gloopy. Low white cell count and several high readings, although the high readings could be due to the concentration of her blood. Sorry to hear that Martin... Leo "Apollo11"
