About 1947 scenario....

I know that you plan some additional changes in that scenario I would like to know what...
After patch?

Some additional improvements...

You didn't raised enough German railroad crew - you must work IMHO to less the micromanagment of already heavy micromanaging scenario... Even now railroads cannot repair rail in one turn which adds to micromanagment... and more time for unnececary tasks...

Also, partisans are still too strong - Axis side cannot divide units so there are many small ants weaker than partisans ok to occupy the hex but it is really not very historical to take I don't know 4-5 division to chase 1 partisan unit... And I would put all partisans on no reconstituon. Maybe we can do more about this...

mhmm don't have time to play that scenario but it's still wonderful lol

And after I've heard that one guy will give me my money back after 9 years (SIC!) and it is 10000 euros I start to think that there is some justice in this world and that God really exist! Hehe.
Or some order in our universe...

That's great! Hope that I will soon have time to play the game. First I must take care of some life issues. That comes first. Well, it would be good to be retired and play TOAW but alas we all must chase money in recession times lol

You can send me that latest sce just for looking, sometimes I am just too tired when I get home and almost fell asleep looking at this scenario for 5 minutes... But soon I will have more time when I setup one business.

Silvanski,

You've updated Europa 1947 to 25km hexes and 1-week turns, right?

no I'm not.. there are others like Brian Topp or Daniel McBride, who are in a league of their own
then there's Piero Falotti, the creator of the 1947 monster...

My TOAW designer "league of their own" (the order doesn't count)

Todd Klemme - No chrome but the most playable (and enjoyable) scenarios there are...
Daniel McBride - Chrome, research, probably the best...
Bob Cross - CFNA masterpiece says it all...
Stéphane M. Luyat - Vietnam combat operations... what else?

Then is mandatory to refer:
Ulver Nielsen & Mark Stevens (Europe Aflame)
Curt Chambers (Blitzkrieg + Campaign for South Vietnam)
Brett Turner (Two weeks in Normandy)
"The Danish connection" (FITE)

but there are other....

To justify my previous choices I can present unbeatable arguments...

Now a second list just because I like their style or I don't but they are really talented TOAW designer people
(personel subjective choice - again order doesn't count)

Chuck Kotraba (ACW)
Inaki Harrizabalagatar (a lot of small good things)
Patrick Hudson (try Invasion Amerika)
Brian Topp and Trey Marshall (without them Silvansky would not be our best friend...)
Tim Mc Bride (no, he's not the brother...)
Sam Mudd (don't mess with him...)
Jose M. Serrano (Very good. Has talent to be the best)
Pelle Holman (Wintergewitter of course)
Jeremy Mac Donald (the never ending Fall Grau)
Jaroslaw Flis (the intellectual...)
Pavel Voylov (the source...)

This is my full list.

I'm aware I'm not being politically correct ... and if like to be insulted ... create and post your own list.

Silvanski,

I'm part of a group of four TOAW players here in town and we would like to playtest your new Europa 1947 (with the 25km hexes and 1-week turns). Can you send me a copy? We doubt that TOAW 3.4 is going to be released anytime soon and we'd really like to try your new version in the meantime. Please?

Say what?!?! You man with the new update there won't be any new updates? I really like this scenario. My only complaint is a lack of RR repair in Iran and Iraq.

Oh um maybe I spoke too soon.

So, is this going be the new EA? By the way, could you give the Allies some T-28s? Pretty please?

So other than weekly turns, does the scenario have the same updates as V3.3?

This is a bit of a nit-pick, but the Iranian city "Difzul" in the scenario should be spelled Dezful. And how about those T-28s?

Different scale, too. EA is a little easier to ply as there's less units, but, of course, not as detailed in units.
