Status: offline 		Not understand maybe someone even dev help please. rules say light industry only make supply with 15 resource / supply. what is (13,312) in screenshot? light industry have nothing that should go in pool. what is this number?

Status: offline 		It's a byproduct of the code.  It's meaningless and does nothing.  Just ignore it.  The supply produced by LI is added to the supply in the hex where it is produced.
