Love Guns of August. Purchased this and loved the title and then realized this was the same developer who created the ACW Sumter game from the early 90's.

I used to play the original older version of ACW that which had tactical battlefield combat as well as the strategic gameplay for ACW (hope I am thinking of the same game, about 94'?). I enjoy the newer version of non-tactical in the ACW as well, a windows interface made a world of difference.

Anyhow, you certainly have a knack for addicting strategic play regardless of the theater, again my thanks!
