I ordered Gary's Civil War game. It has been a while and I have not recieved it.

I tried sending emails to Matrix Games but I am not getting an answer.

Is there a phone number that I can call in order to fix this problem?

Who are you e-mailing (exact e-mail address)? FYI, our official support is at www.matrixgames.com/helpdesk and you can check your order status via the Store or at www.findmyorder.com. If you contact us with your Order Number, we should be able to tell you exactly what is going on with your order.
