Here's a good one for you:

I log in to the members club account and my game does not show as registered so that I can not download the beta patch. I previously registered the game and have downloaded patches before...it is just suddenly gone.

No problem, I think. I will just register the game again since it doesn't show as registered.
I click the register button, select AE and key in the serial number.

failure.....key already used.

catch 22.....I can't register my game because I have already registered my game but the members club is suddenly not recognizing this fact.

Help.

My advice is open a ticket with the Help Desk.

Did you remember that your user name and password are different in your User Account than for the Forum? (I always forget that and have to look back in my old emails.)

Yup, had all that. It has to be a technical problem on their end.
