1). Men is the number of men, as you thought. Can you actually see and move this functional truck? In one battle I'm doing, I have a sniper that shows 0 men & I could rally him up, but does not exist on the battlefield & was actually killed by a mine that turn. Next turn, he will most likely be listed KIA.
2). Num seems to be strictly binary (0 or 1)and relates unit status, living or dead. All my living units are 1's all my dead are 0's, the above mentioned sniper is also a 0.
3). the first (top) shows the total number of orders the unit is capable of issuing, before suppression etc. The second shows the number of orders currently left, after suppression, & orders already given.
and colour under the shots column, I THINK, indicates the iether the percentage of slot 1 shots left (green-most, yellow-half, red-few) or, more likely, the chance of a weapon breakdown on the next shot (green-low, yellow-moderate, red-high). as with Cana, I am not certain about the colours, and stand to be corrected.
