Status: offline 		Mfritze, there use to be plenty of mags out there in the days of board games (Command, strategy & tactics, General, etc.) but now I think you have to start at the computer. there are two good sites that I am aware of: one dealing with modern warfare, Strategypage.com,Wars and rumors of war(by Dunnigan I believe) and Web-grognards.com which has a plethora of links to the old magazines. You can still purchase these back issues which deal with every facet of military history and doctrine. No doubt you will be getting many other leads. good luck. You'll have more reading than you can handle.
