Hi everyone, as you no doubt can see, our friend Graham has become quite the prolific artist. Therefore I have decided to start this thread where you can find his latest work for download. Here is the first (and hopefully not last!) download, the SuperMegaPack, containing nearly every ship the Kaiser had built, or even dreamed of building, along with a mixed bag of other goodies from different nations. Get those editors out, kids, you´re gonna need ´em!

http://www.filefront.com/15030267/SuperMegaPack.zip

And a big thanks to Graham (hellfirejet) for making all this possible!

Tex

Tex I think as a plan of action, if you could add if possible, all the ship art up too Britannic as one big file, then I will send you a weekly supply of new art work, instead of daily emails of 1 or 2 new ones, then maybe every 2 weeks say upload a new batch of ship types.

I think in the first download they weren´t named (but the ships are listed in the readme, along with their file number), but afterwards I think Graham starting naming them directly on the file. Let me know if there are some that slipped through.

Well they are named but I can't unzip them to the file because they don't have the proper file names such as JnSide0098 etc. renaming them all to the proper ship name would be easier

Hi Aces8 the Japanese Merchantships are named as a ship type, and not individual class by type,ie AK,AV,AR,AP etc,to transfer the art file to the game, all you do is copy and paste from the download to inside the JapShip_back art file, then if you right click on the new art work, you get an option to rename it to what ever you want,JnSide0098 for example. If you get a message that say JnSide0098 is already in use,do you want to rename to copy2 ?All you do is delete the original art JnSide0098,then rename your new art to JnSide0098,and if by magic your new ship is in game.An easier method is if you rename the new art first, before transfering to the JapShip_Back in game file, then when the program ask you, just copy and replace original art.

I did not make the art files the same as were already in game, because different gamers might have changed the art from the stock version already,to something else, adding the German,Italians etc is easy because they are not in game already, you can number them whatever you want, all you have to do in the editor is match the bitmap number to the ship class and it will find and match it to your class of ship.

Sorry but there is no easier way I don't think,I personally am trying to alter all my ship classes better,I'm leaving all the Japanese at the low numbers in the database, but I'm listing all the new ship classes German High Seas Fleet and Italians to the bottom half of the database.

And this ship and many others can be found here:

http://www.filefront.com/15109865/auxpack.zip

This pack features the auxiliary ships you have seen here, along with the beautiful liners that will be not long for this world in your next WPO game.
