Loading an amphibious TF, I found the port size was insufficient to fit all the ships. I decided to go ahead and try to load troops anyway. Of course, as is apt to happen, the motorized support did not get loaded. I initially tried leaving without it, as I already had enough support onboard, but it seems the part that got left behind was the parent unit, and I couldn't leave.

So I tried seperating the amphib tf into smaller groups, but that did not really work. Cancelling the load was not possible, and the ship that seemed to be holding the process up was too large to dock in the port. Thus, I tried adding an extra ship to accommodate the extra troops, and this seemed to work. The remainder of the unit disappeared, and I merged the two tfs.

The problem is that I am still getting a "loading troops" message even though there is no part of the unit left on land! I can't cancel load troops, or cancel load supplies, which has sucked all the supplies out of my base, there are no options!

So what is my course of action here? Unload and start again?

Thanks

Option not available. The only options I have are 'Load Troops,' which shows two other non related units at the base, and unload troops, which I would like to avoid if possible in order to stay on my timetable.

The TF still reports that it is loading troops, but there are no more troops to be loaded at the base!

Yes, there is a problem here. Can you tell me if the TF started loading before Patch 2?

I went ahead and told the tf to unload so I could get on with the game over the weekend.
