If I recall correctly , I think he means Christmas Decorations. From the land of Tenny pumps (sneakers) and bickys (Buiscuits, or as Americans would say cookies). Americans and the British--Two peoples divided by a "common" language.

Just saw the musical "Jersey boys". If it comes near you , I HIGHLY recommend seeing it. Except NIK. Based upon what your girlfriend says about your musical taste , I don't think you'll like it.

Any thoughts on Rock of Ages?

I'd love to see it! But It's only playing in NYC and Toronto , and I'm not sure when I can get to either!

Morning, Thread.  Dixie, best of luck for an uneventful delivery.  I'm sure most of the old timers around here remember those special days.  Enjoy and best wishes to you and Mrs. Dixie.

I assume you've got the necessary bags packed and ready to go?  Music to settle her down?  Car seat to bring the little shaver back with 'ya when the hospital stay is over?  Cell phone with charger?  Book to read?  Toiletries?

Alright, alright, I'll stop.  Good luck!

Our first child was several days late, our second early, and the third was right on time. As a matter of fact our second came on so fast that my wife did not even have time to be given any drugs, it was a natural child birth, The doctor almost did not make it. It was me, my wife, and one old nurse ( who knew what she was doing ) . I was about to pass out. The Doctor did not make it in until my son was already on his way.

And good morning all. It has been sort of cold here for us, lows in the 20s, highs in the low 40s.
