INDUSTRY REPORT.
DEC 8TH 1941.

With 244.200 resources needed to full heavy / ligh industry production (6.270 HI factories at Metropolitan islands -12.540 HI points produced/daily by H.I at Home). Like JFB I need 18 HI points for 1 engine, 18 HI points for one engine aircraft, 36 HI for a twin engine AC, 6 HI for each vehicle, 6 HI points for one armament point, 3 HI daily by one naval/merchang shipyard (necesary to build ships) and 10 HI points for one industry upgre. Too much H.I. points needed when I am planning to get 1.000 aircraft/monthly at mid-1942. I will need about 45.000 H.I. points (with 66% one-engine ACs planned). It´s mandatory to expand H.I at Home to get this outcomes.

I have expanded 120 H.Industries at Home like following:

- 20 Hamamatsu
- 40 Sapporo
- 20 Sendai
- 20 Shimizu
- 20 Takamatsu

That´s will be 132.000 supplies spent in this task. The first 12.000 spent yet. I will spend 5.000 supplies/daily the first until Dec 28th. From Dec 28th until Jan 17th I will spent only 1.000 supplies/daily in this task. Dec 28th will be my first heavy industries update target.

AIRCRAFTS AND ENGINES

+56 A6M2
+36 D3A1
+50 G4M1
+64 KI-43-IC
+23 KI-21-IIA
+32 B5N2

KI-27b have been cancelled like F1M2 Pete. These aircraft models are obsolete and I am needed from this slots to up B5N2 and Ki-43I-C productions

261 more aircrafts /monthly will cost 283.000 supplies, it will take 2 months and I will pay with 6.000 daily supplies until Dec 31nd 1941. After Ki-21-IIa finish the expansion, I will take decision to expand more Ki-43-Ic factories.

I will take tomorrow or the day after tomorrow decisions about engines.

MORE WILL COME !

Hola Fletcher, good luck again!
I like your AAR style, I will follow it.

About industry: are you sure to reach this aircraft/monthly production?
It seems a bit expensive...

ciao Blind Sniper :)
Thanks a lot for your comment !. This is my planning, I know will be expensive but it´s critical to face the attrition battles. IJA/IJN Historical production at War, was more than 50,000 aircrafts, i think it´s mandatory to get more than this figures.
Best wishes, Kind Regards.

Hola Ramon,

Seems a good start so far.

Two quick questions:

-a) How many IJN planes have been lost during the PH strike ?
-b) What have you decided about Naval Shipyard construction for these ships in particular Musashi, Shinano and Taiho ?

Tenno Banzai !

Hello Gilbert, Thanks for the question

1 A6M2, 3 B5N2 and 1 D3A1 were lost in the total surprise attack over Pearl Harbour.
About Naval Shipyard Construction only one meassure have been taken: Shinano construction cancelled . Too much Heavy Industries points have been requested for the aircraft expansion project. Another meassures will be implemented, but I need time for study :) .. Update soon.
Thanks Gilbert.

Hey Fletcher :)

Its nice to hear that u guys will continue because iam all new to the game and iam learning alot from the way u post this AAR so i can see what to do and how the production should be handled and so on, most of the other AAR is just the results of the fighting and not so much the mecanics behind the scenes if u know what i mean ? :P
