Pearl Harbor's shipyard does not seem to be doing as much as the other shipyards and was wondering if someone can check to make sure it's okay. Since 12/7, the shipyard has done little repair on the BBs I've had in there. At no time has there been any more than one ship - a BB - in the shipyard. No upgrades running through the shipyard. It drops major damage about two points per month.

In the last 20 days, with all shipyards including Pearl on critical repair, Mare Island has reduced 8 points of major damage on a BB, Seattle has reduced 13 points of major damage on a BB, and Pearl has reduced 2 points of major damage on a BB. The ones in Seattle and Mare Island started with lower levels of damage, but I'm assuming that 70 points of major damage will reduce at the same rate as 10 points. As I understand critical repair, all three shipyards have sufficient capacity to handle these ships on critical.

So why is Pearl repairing so much slower?
