"Certainly. You take the blond one, I'll take the one in the turban!"

And Good Thread, Terri Garr was a babe in that film. Madeline Kahn too, but Terri Garr... WOOF!

Dunno why, but I always preferred Madeline Kahn in the Brooks movies. Maybe because she always played a very...erm...similar role. No one, but no one is a finer 'pusher' of schnitzengrubben.

Blazing Saddles was hands down my favorite. Spaceballs is underrated as well.

"Tell me, shewiff... Is it twue what they say about your people being... gifted?"

<sound of fly being undone>

"Oh, it's twue... It's twue, it's twue..."

Bart: [on grandstand to the townspeople] Excuse me while I whip this out.
[reaches into waistline as crowd gasps and screams; Bart pulls out paper, they sigh with relief]

And then he takes himself hostage... Inspired...

Too bad Cleavon Little died so young. He was a fine comedic actor.

I can also report that mines do work. Some dumbass sent 12 transports to Manila to pick up troops right after Bataan fell. They very unwisely ran into a now nuetral minefield. Every ship was hit a mine, one was sunk. So I blame it on the anti-JFB of the Devs. No way it can be my fault.

I thought the devs were JFBs? That's been my experience of every game I've played. Except the one I'm playing as the Japs. In that game the devs are clearly AFBs

Ah, then it is even worse than I feared. They are BOTH AFBs as well as JFBs. Hence whichever side you play, THE DEVS ARE OUT TO GET YOU !!! YOU, WHOEVER YOU ARE, THEY ARE OUT TO RUIN YOUR GAME.

I am not paranoid. I do not think they are out to get me, I KNOW they are.

Strange how that works. The Devs are both completely incompetent thus resulting in a borked game and terrifyingly devious enough to put all these subtle things to bork your specific game.

Genius, pure evil genius they are.

Remember, just because you aren't paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you...

I think you are right. The Cowboys are good, not great. I would actually like to see the Saints. I always felt sorry for good ole Archie Manning for having to play on all of those horrible teams.

Another tithe from the deep freeze. -20 deg C last night, and it'll "rise" to about -6 during the day.

The party we went to last night was in a house built in 1918. That is old for a Florida house...

American houses don't tend to last too long in general...

91 years is pretty good for a wooden house.

My point about early Florida houses was that there were not that many people in Florida in 1918.
