In previous versions, if someone conquered the provincial capital in eco-month-1, and held it for the eco-month landphases, it used to go conq prior to eco/vp score step.
So say a province capital fell in August, if would join the new owners income for the September income phase (along with the pp gain).

The manual does not have any input on this beeing changed, but seems we encountered this in a pbm game.

So question is, would this be a new bug, or a unposted fix ?

Regards
Bresh

Before you post it as a bug, make absolutely certain you did not conquer the minor by IT foraging to death on IT'S turn (after yours) in August. In that case, no, it should not become yours until October.

But, if you broke in and won the battle in August, yes it should be yours by the end of your land phase in Sept.

NOTE: It is theoretically possible to "conquer" a capital by dropping off a factor (if the capital is empty) and then continuing movement. If the corps does not stay in the province, you would NOT capture it unless you are at war with the controlling power. In fact, it would go neutral instead in the Sept diplo phase.

Hi,

Looking at the log:
Aug Bremen (Oldenburg) was eliminated
Aug France wins battle of Bremen
Sept Bremen controlled by France

Map (at Sept Eco phase (GB turn))
Bremen has GB flag
Garrison is Holland (French free state troop)

I guess I'm not reading what happened?
First scenario looks right.
Example is minor country? Are we talking MP provinces?

He conquere it in the month before an economics month (August, in this case). In September, no income was gained from it.
