Which game is better? Time of wrath? Commander at war, or WW2 road to victory?

ToW and RtV are the same as ToW was given for free to every RtV owner ;) Some people say ToW is a sequel of RtV, as developer of this game I would rather say it is a kind of makeover or giga mod.

I think Time of Wrath is the best out of those three. But then again, Road to Victory is not even available anymore, so it's really a choice between Time of Wrath and Commander at War.

I think you would be happy with either, in all honesty.
