Status: offline 		In my current GC (started after patch 2 and latest hotfixes), I had a pilot shot down over Clark Field and captured, when the Japanese had only just landed in Aparri and the allies were still in control of every other hex on Luzon. The fighters were flying CAP with a range of 0 set and so seems fairly unlikely that could happen.

Just wondering if this is FOW?
