The Teamspeak server listed on the main site (teamspeak.matrixgames.com) doesn't seem to be operating... neither does Battle HQ.

Is the site really that out of date?

Well, I don't have TS installed atm, but if I query the server's web interface the login page comes up, so the server should be online.

What Teamspeak version are you using? They may still be using TS version 2.x, so you might not be able to connect with newer (ie. 3.0) or older (eg. below 2.0.33.x) versions. TS uses random ports between 1024-65535, but it uses UDP port 8767 to send voice data if you haven't specified a different port. Check your router/firewall if UDP is blocked.
