ORIGINAL: Apollo11 Virtualization is nice (I use it a lot) but for dedicated gaming when performance is needed the only solution is dual boot (official Apple "Boot Camp") with both Mac OS and MS Windows. Then you have to have the separate partition... How big of a pain in the butt is that, Leo? And are you guys sure that the Apple partition is not affected? That's hooey Leo. WitpAE works absolutely fine under virtualization. The only games that fit your scenario are heavily graphical shoot-em-up types, not strategic, turn-by-turn ones. And who with any intelligence gives a flying f*** about those? I had Total War in mind when I asked that. Brother "Mynok" I was talking about really graphically intensive games... those can't work in virtual environment... Total War that brother "Onime" is talking about is one great example of that... sorry... Thus - the only way is installation of "Boot Camp", having separate NTFS partition for Windows and all such games installed there as well! There is no big problem - you can partition the hard drive (if you have space) any way you want and the Apple Mac partition(s) would be perfectly preserved... Leo "Apollo11"
