All,

I've changed a Topsy factory to Kates in Hamammatsu, expanded it on zero but in three weeks its been stuck on zero. Is there a delay? Other factories increase by one a day it seems.. Engines seem plentiful.. Help!

It will only repair if the supply level in the base is above 10,000

As much as I like the manual, this is the one glaring problem I have found. They forgot to include this important info! Fortunately, I was aware of this from WitP. But for new players, this is a serious omission.

Anarchyinthe uk - no you were right.

Thanks everyone, the factories that are not expanding dont have the requisite supply.
