Anyone want to take a shot explaining the command structure for the CBI theater? Specifically before SEAC shows up in Aug of 43. I have done some reading on it but don't understand how they all fit together historically and how that relates to the game. Even a few links would help!

Yes there is an AE Wiki, but for space reasons, teh web master does not allow upload of files.
