I dont read every AAR but most AARs i read i see

A huge blitz in the SW or Central Pacific 41 ,greater than historical
Darwin and or PM are normally taken
PI fall before historic
Singapore normally falls at historic or a little later unless a more risky landing is used.
Massive invasion of China with Manchuria assets greater than histroic (but newer AARs with the garison rules have reduced this)
KB remains intact

By early 43 Allies just go straight through the DEI , or Papua or Burma

This may just be bad tactics / over extention but the claims of "Tojos war" so far falls well short. ANyone recommend some AARs with Japan doing well in 43 or is it too early ?

guess most AARs are still somewhere mid 42, especially if not started right after game release.

Miller and I are in late September '43 and Miller is doing well. We're playing Scenario Two and we've had our bumps and bruises, but he's put up a really good game as the Japanese. The AAR is "Shattered Vow."
